Mosranna/curd rice

Ingredients
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Yogurt - 11/2 cup
Grapes - 1/4 cup (Optional)
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 1-2
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Red chillies - 2-3
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro - 2-3 sprigs

Method
Mix rice and yogurt with salt. Now add grapes, ginger and green chillies.
For seasoning, heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, after they splutter, add urad dal and red chillies and fry till the dal turns golden brown.
Garnish with cilantro.
